The Observatoire de la qualité de l’offre alimentaire characterizes and monitors changes in the nutritional quality of more than 15 processed food categories frequently consumed by Quebecers.

As part of our collaboration with l’actualité ALIMENTAIRE, over the coming months we will be unveiling the results of the evolution of six food categories analyzed since 2016.
