In the context of the emergence of the Grand Marché of Quebec, this pilot project was carried out in the summer of 2019 in the Cité-Limoilou borough, which is recognized as an underprivileged area of the city of Quebec. The general objective of this project is to create an initial overview of the food environment (geographic accessibility and quality of food offerings) in the businesses of the underprivileged neighbourhoods surrounding the Grand Marché of Quebec at the time of its opening.
